    Pre-Session Consultation — 15 minutes | Products & Prep
     Before we begin, we’ll meet online to go through your current makeup collection. Together we’ll look at what’s working, what can be retired, and what may be missing. I’ll help you understand which products will sit well on your skin now and ensure your shades are right, so you feel prepared and confident heading into your lessons.

    Week 1 — Base & Colour
     We focus on placement, light layers, and creating a natural-looking base that still feels like you. You’ll learn how to even the skin without heaviness, then add soft colour to bring warmth and life to the face — without feeling overdone.

    Week 2 — Eyes & Lips
     This session is all about enhancing your features in a way that feels wearable and comfortable. We’ll work through simple eye placement, blending techniques, and how to define the eyes without heaviness. For lips, we’ll explore shape, balance, and colour choices that suit your natural features and your everyday routine.

    Week 3 — Bring It All Together
     In our final session, we pull everything together into one complete everyday makeup look. You’ll practise the full routine from start to finish, refine your technique, and adjust anything that needs fine-tuning so it feels easy, polished, and realistic for your lifestyle.

    Non-Refundable Purchase
    This product is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled sessions, the value may be converted to a CS Beauty Co store credit at Candice’s discretion. Store credit is valid for 6 months from issue date.


    Session Scheduling
    Your 3 x 30-minute online sessions (plus pre-session consult) will be scheduled and confirmed directly with Candice at CS Beauty Co. Sessions are intended to be completed within a 3–6 week timeframe to maintain continuity of learning. Appointments must be scheduled & fulfilled within 3 months of purchase.


    Rescheduling Policy
    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
    Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.


    Missed Appointments
    Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being counted as used.


    Technology Responsibility
    Online sessions are delivered via video call. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection, working camera, and suitable device. Sessions affected by client-side technical issues may not be extended or rescheduled.

    Confirmation Email & Next Steps
    You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with:

    • Instructions on how to prepare for your lessons with a link to the video call
    • A short questionnaire to help me understand your skin, routine, and goals
    • A link to book your 15-minute pre-session consultation

    Pre-Session Consultation (15 minutes)
    Before your first lesson, we’ll meet online to:

    • Go through the makeup you currently own
    • Discuss what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d like to change
    • Check shades and product suitability
    • Set a clear focus for your three sessions

    This helps ensure your lessons are personalised and practical. Following this session, I will post your makeup brushes and any additional product we may have discussed, including samples if appropriate.

    Your Weekly Lessons Begin
    Your three 30-minute online lessons are scheduled and delivered over approximately three weeks.
    Each session builds on the last, giving you time to practise in between and come back with questions.

    What You’ll Need for Each Lesson
    Before each session, you’ll be guided on how to set up so you feel prepared and relaxed. This includes:

    • Your everyday makeup products
    • Your CS Beauty Makeup Brush Set
    • A mirror and good natural light
    • A phone, tablet, or computer with a working camera

    Between Sessions
    • You’ll have time to practise what you’ve learned at your own pace.
