Shipping & Returns


Australian Orders

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 (AUD) for all Australian orders that are under 5 kg.  $20 for orders over 5 Kg.

Your order will be processed within 3 days of placing your order. We use Australia Post to ship your order. Within Australia, your delivery will be received within 1-7 days. In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order. Tracking numbers will be provided on your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order with Australia Post.

International Orders

We are pleased to offer international shipping with Australia Post.  International orders are delivered via Australia Post and usually take between 5 and 15 working days. Please allow up to 31 working days. We have an express option available for most countries - please contact us for an estimate on how long this service will take to your location. Rates vary depending on your country and the weight of your order. For international orders, you may incur duties or tax on your order. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.

There are current restrictions and delays on international shipping from Australia due to Covid 19.  If you wish to place an order from overseas please contact us first for updated information.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia and 60 days internationally. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.


Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us at so that we can resolve any issue. We are happy to exchange or provide a refund for an unused product that doesn’t meet your expectations, as described on our website provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that products are returned via registered post as Sanctyouary cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit. This policy does not apply to goods that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Sensitivities - We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or are allergic to. We put the full list of ingredients on the website so please look at these carefully. We are very happy to answer any questions about our products if you need advice so please email, call us or send us a text message.
We take pride in our products and packaging and all products are carefully inspected prior to shipping so we hope you never receive a faulty product. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us by email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
All returns must be received within 30 days.
All items must be unused, with seals in tact and tags attached where applicable. Product packaging must also be received in tact with no tears or blemishes.
We strongly advise returning your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us.
We will process all returns within 7 days of receiving them.
Please note we don't refund delivery costs.
Exchanges are possible. We will cover the shipping costs for your replacements.
